Funny for the day...Russ started mowing this morning (push mowing mind you), and it started to sprinkle when he was only half way through mowing. Then it started raining, and Russ started running while push mowing. So here comes Dan, our awesome neighbor, hauling booty in his high power Toro riding mower, flys right past Russ running, gives a big thumbs up, and wipes out the rest of our yard in less than 10 minutes. L.O.L. Seriously, if you had been watching you would have been rolling. Reminded me of the guys on King Of The Hill. It was Boomhower to the rescue. Lol. Ok, gotta get busy. I so want to make something in my crock pot today since its rainy. :)

Hand made with love :)
Just yesterday Gram and I were talking about all the quilts my Great Grandma McKenzie made for all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They are seriously priceless, and I will cherish mine forever. They are all beautiful pieces of art for sure. Great-Grandma also made afghans, which brings me to the pic I am attaching. I received the most special gift in the mail today for the babies, from my cousin Stephanie. She hand knitted twelve bibs. How special is that?! I absolutely love them, and hand made treasures are truly my favorite. So thankful for sweet gifts like this.
