What a busy day...I think

Today felt like such a busy day, but to some it might not have been.  Things are getting easier everyday with the three little bear cubs, thank the Lord.  Today I did a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.  Here is the scoop.

First of all, this getting up early to get Beau ready for school has changed our usual morning routine, but its still not bad.  So I won't complain, at all.  :) But, as we come to the end of his first week of Pre-K I realized quickly, before I know it, it will be the end of his first year.  Then on and on with his primary, and secondary education.  Life goes by way too fast, especially when you have a handful of kiddos your trying to corral all the  time.  :) But, I truly have enjoyed the anticipation of seeing Beau when I pick him up from school.  He is still so excited about school, so good about getting up early, getting ready, and out the door.  Makes my heart happy for sure.  Today, he said he learned a word, "S T O P, and that spells stop mom."  It was cute hearing him talk about school, and what he did.  He then proceeded to ask me if I could read to his class, and of course I said absolutely I already planned on it.  Just him asking me, made me light up for sure.  Anywho, he is loving his teacher, and enjoys school so far.

Anywho, on with the day.  I actually managed to get a roast prepared, and in the crock pot by noon.  I know it, big thumbs up to that.  This is the second night in a row I've had dinner done.  Then I had to leave a little early before I went to pick up bubba from school.  I had to swing by Wally World, Walmart, to get an extra booster for when I can't pick him up from school.  Once I got the booster, I headed over to get in this super long line of cars picking up their kiddos too.  It is just nuts.  You get their about thirty minutes early, and then wait 20 minutes just to get your kiddo in the car.  Next time, I'm parking, and getting out to get him.  Waiting 45 minutes total, with three babies in the car, is not fun let me tell ya. I like to try and take Beau to, and from school when I can.  This was I can actually catch his teacher, and stay in tune with her on how he is doing.  I feel this is important as a mom, and is a priority to me.  Then we headed home, fed these little bear cubs, finished getting dinner done, had dinner, I went for long walk with kiddos, came back fed babies, jumped on elliptical, put Beau in shower midway on elliptical, jumped back on machine to finish my 20 minutes, then got babies ready for bed, fed babies, read two books to Beau, put Beau to bed, then finally took a shower myself, and then off to bed.  I know, it is a lot to me, but it is getting a little easier.  I'm pretty anal about routine so I think that helps with making things a little easier. :) Anywho, here are a few pics from today, and this week.

His first day of Pre-K.  It was rainy here on Tuesday, but it didn't put a damper on his first day at all.  :)

My friend, and his friend's mom, was up at the school on the first day, and caught a snapshot of him at lunch in the cafeteria.

Let me tell ya, the car riders line is nutso. Seriously, crazy.  But, these are Pre-K kiddos, and I'm not sure I am ready for mine to ride the bus just yet.

Found his best bud Cooper on the second day of school.  His two little buddies are in different classes, but he finds them on recess. :)

Yesterday he was so serious about working out.  Lol.  Little cutie.

Beau, the babies, and I on our usual walk, but this time we did a different route.  It was quite peaceful, and a plus for no cars.

On elliptical with two babies watching, and Beau was playing with them.  Then ten minutes in I had to get Beau in the shower, so he could get ready for bed.  Got him in shower, grabbed third baby, back on elliptical for last ten.  And woo wee, that wore this mama out.  Holding a 13 pound baby is hard word, especially when your working out.  But, my twenty minutes on the elliptical is good for this mama.  Releases stress, and makes me feel good.  :)

One year ago today.  :)
