Start of December

Well December is here, and I was hoping it wasn't going to be any busier, but it looks like it might be.  Let me remind you of my normal busy life...consist of babies, a four year old, clean house, laundry, oh and more babies.  Lol.  I know, I shouldn't complaint at all, because these four boys always bring a smile to my face.

So far, barely two days into December, I've managed to get zero Christmas shopping done.  Well, I say zero, but I do have two small gifts under the tree that I bought last month while at Bass Pro.  Both for the big boy, and maybe adults too. ;)  Anywho, I need to try, and get a little shopping done.  I know this year will be totally different than last year.  Gifts will be minimal for sure, considering the three new little people here.  But, I do have some shopping to do.  I can say for being a mom of four at age 32 I really do not like shopping.  It's my least favorite thing to do.  I've slowly grown to not like it.  I like to get in, get what I need, and get out.  But, I am a bargain shopper, and I do love to get a great find for a great price.  I also love it when I find something awesome, and rare.  So, shopping this season might be a little tricky for me.

Anywho, this month also consist of Beau's class party, which I'm so happy I'm coordinating.  I do love to party.  ;)  haha, love to plan parties.  I have some fun things planned for the occasion, and have started working on stuff for it.  I also have some personal important things to do as well with my own school, and preparation for January.  It is definitely going to be an adjustment working (cooperative teaching), and being a full time momma too.  Let's pray that it all goes well.  I have a meeting this week to find out where I was placed, and I'm started to really feel the time is here.  Ahhhh.  Ok Tiffany, don't panic. You. Can . Do. This.  I also, have planned a few outings with the kids, and some friends.  :)

Then we have Christmas.  One of the most important times of the year, and teaching my four year the reason for the season is a task I have been working on. Teaching him how it is far greater worth to give, than receive is somewhat hard to teach a four year that looks Sooo forward  to seeing his stocking filled, and presents under the tree to unwrap.  Since Beau was born, at Christmas time, I have always tried to not go overboard with presents.  One, because that's not the real reason for Christmas.  Two, because I don't want him to materialize this season.  But, I will say, with this past year things have changed with Beau.  Him having to adjust his whole life has been tough, and well, teaching that giving is better than receiving is tough.  But, he is starting to grasp it, and hopefully will understand it with time.  This is a very important virtue to me, and I want all my children to be givers of their heart, time, and means.  I continue to practice this, and hopefully with more time in the future, haha, I can give more of myself to others.

What else I managed to get done.  Ok, it was just an hour ago.  Lol.  Is order Christmas cards.  Woo hoo, amen, Tiffany you got it done before December 5th this year.  Wow!  The year before last I crafted my own cards, and I loved how they turned out.  Actually, I came up with one this year, but I just don't have time to do that anymore. :( Makes me sad, because I love using my cardstock cutter, glue, scissors, burlap ribbon, oh the list goes on.  But, I just made life easier and ordered online.  Google loves me :) and I love google.

Ok, I better try and get back to bed.  Six am comes early when my little turkeys will be waking.

Oh, side note - the babies will be eight months old on Wednesday.  Time is flying by with these little guys.

Also, please keep me in your prayers for my knee situation.  I'm doing good, but have to get my knee drained on Tuesday.  Probably because I've been on it too much, lifted babies etc.  I haven't been able to start rehab on the bike yet, and this will help push that along.  Dr. H completely understand my life thankfully, and my anxieties too.  I really try, and do everything I'm told to do, but some things I just have to do.  Any who, please and thank you for prayers.

I will also be trying to work on the additions to the blog.  I love sharing things I find, and can't wait to share them with you.

Beau, and Wyatt watching the endless Christmas movies over the five day break.

Brant and Wyatt love looking out the back door.  Watching the cardinals in this pic.  Brant always seems to find his way to this spot.  Sweet babies!

Wyatt...he loves to lay this way, and watch tv of all things.  Started this with knee situation, and having to be propped up all the time.

So I have three crawlers, but man this came quick.  Wyatt has learned to pull himself up, and stand.  Look out, things are moving quick around here.

Cute new book I found.  Beau loves it, because it's about Oklahoma.  :)  It's pretty cute.

You probably are thinking what in the world is this.  Well, to my four year old it is Jesus on his way to the cross.  He drew it out of nowhere, and when I asked him what it was he explained this...the big shape is all the bad people that wanted to take Jesus away, and that's the road that Jesus walked, and that is him on the cross.  I honestly teared up, and said a silent prayer of thankfulness.  I beat myself up all the time, because I feel I don't spend enough time teaching Beau about The Lord.  But, this proves what I do get across is being instilled within him.  Praise The Lord!

I also must give some credit to the new app I downloaded.  Youversion has added a bible app for kids.  I love my bible app, and have since the day I downloaded it.  It's helped me study the word more than I ever did, and the devotionals have helped me with so many of life's trials, and still do.  This app for kids is blessing me too, by sharing the word with my kiddos.

Ok, going to bed.
