In researching the best techniques I keep running across the same things. So, I wanted to share some of the exercises that I do, and plan on starting back up. Making sure you do them the proper way seems to make all the difference. So here ya go.

This first link has the basic exercise. Simple, and what I suggest, is just doing them while your babies are playing. This way your still there with them, but you are also doing something for your rehab. The LiveStrong website has oodles or great information.
