1st Pediatrician Appointment for the Triplets

Today the triplets had their first pediatric appointment, and thanks to my sweet friend (and also a NICU nurse) we made it the appointment and everything went smoothly. But, we can tell you from the time we started getting everyone ready this morning until the time we made it back home...we were BUSY. It was definitely a military operation. For real!

So the babies are ALL past birth weight, and that is with breast milk. They are all 5+ pounders :) So, it can be done. Somehow and some way by the grace of God, I am able to feed them right now, and pretty sufficiently too. Thank you Jesus!! Everything else on blood test, hearts, and overall general health...they are really healthy babies. I can't even believe it, especially having three, that all of them are good. As for Brant, hopefully if he does good within next two months he will not have to wear monitor longer than two more months.

Once we got to dr office we had two nurses there to help, me, Stacy, and Rusty to do all their measurements, weights, etc. Whew, yeah it was crazy. Anywho, when we left Stacy and I grabbed some food from J Mikes, and I told her to forgive my manners. I seriously am always starving.

Oh, and today was also the first day for me to drive. Woo hoo! No, really I bet Stacy felt like I was an 80 year old drivin Miss Daisy. On our way home I noticed everyone was passing us. Strang, but I'm just not in any hurry.

In the pic is me, Stacy, and the Triplets taking a spin in the mobile command unit at the doctor's office. Yee ha! ;)
