Echo Results and overall dr update

Today Baby Luke had his echo, and the results were all normal findings. The murmur that they heard was from an opening of a muscle a little larger than normal. But, this finding was all normal from what the pediatric cardiologist said. Then the PA for the Neonatologist discussed what all it would take for the boys to come home now that they have almost passed all the milestones expected. As of today they all maintained their body temperatures, but what really helped them on this was how we snuggle them all together. They didn't like being separated for two nights. Baby B (Brant). was in his own bed, because of his Brady alerts and turning blue. So far we have gone 24 hours without a significant Brady and the PA said that it would take the boys going 5 days without significant Brady's and to be able to recover on their own to be released to go home. The other indicator to go home was holding body temps, feeding, gain weight, and maintain weight. They are doing well with all of them. So with that said, I assume they will be able to go home by end of what would be the 37th week of gestation. That would be another 9 days possibly. The night nurse tonight came in after 8 feeding, and asked if we wanted to do the room in parent stays the two nights before we go home. We said yes, which I thought someone else had asked us about that, but I can't remember. So, we will be doing that before they are released.

What I am praying for now is that the boys go home on safe terms, and on God's time. I know this is extremely hard on me, Russ, and Beau, but we want all our boys to be good and ready for home life.

Tonight Beau and I got to FaceTime for about thirty minutes, and he absolutely loves that. I absolutely loved it too, and it took all I had to not crack a tear. I love that sweet boy so much!!!

Anywho, I know lots of you have mentioned pics and I promise I will have some new ones tomorrow. Or video, if I can figure out how to upload it to blogger.

Blessings!
