Last pregnancy OB Apt, and a NST.

First, I started off the day with enrolling my sweet little boy in pre-kindergarten. Woozers, does time fly by. I just can't believe it. :( Anywho, I think he will love school, as he loves his part time preschool right now. I wish I was able to work on some educational things more before he starts in August, but time might be limited. But, I am going to try with the time I will have. Anywho, on with my day.

Next I had my NST, and we had a very hard time getting Baby A to cooperate. Anyway, all the babies passed the test, and I only had a couple of small contractions. So, now on to see Dr. H.

So glad to say today is my last pregnancy OB appointment, that is until my post pregnancy check up. It is going to be so nice that I do not have to come to a doctors apt every week, several times a week. Anywho, I have gained quite a bit of weight in one week. Eight pounds to be exact. What's weird is I hardly eat, so this indicated to me that it is water weight. I have been swelling for the past 6 days, first time ever for me to swell, so that also indicated to me that I might be retaining water. Anywho, Dr. H also noticed that my placentas have calcified a lot. This can cause other serious problems. A couple of other indicators that it is time so she is scheduling a time. Oh, and I am dilated to almost 3. Not much change in that, but that's big for a triplet preggo gal. So, I will post when we are having babies .

Several things about insurance I want to share. In any situation with medical insurance, always ask if you are covered for something, even if it is the smallest of things. You really might be surprised. First, one of my friends had mentioned to Rusty that some post pregnancy coverage for in home assistance might be an option. Sure enough Rusty called insurance, and it is. Second, another bonus we found out about that many new moms do not know about is that breast pumps are 100% covered. Amen to all that. So moms to be, check with your insurance companies, and see if any particulars you are wondering about might be covered.

Also, another thing about insurance. I have learned sooooo much about what all is going on in the insurance industry in United States right now, and folks its not too good. But, what I mainly want to share is when going through a big ordeal as I am always double check the details on each statement. One problem I have had is with a lab testing company. Don't want to say their name, and go off on a tangent, but they double charged me for the same test twice. Not to mention, they did not even send me the invoice, but wanted me to pay over phone. Ugghhhh ridiculous.

The pic included is mine and the babies bags...ready to go just in case. Finishing up Beau's bags tonight.
