Beau's First School Field Trip

Today was a fun day for all my boys, and momma too.  Beau had his first school field trip, and the babies got to see one of their favorite people all day long, my sweet friend Stacy L.  As for momma, she got to run some errands.  Big thumbs up!!!!

Taking a school field trip, and getting to ride the bus for a pre-k kiddo is a huge deal.  Beau was so super excited about it all, and was all smiles.  He can't wait to ride the bus home one of these days.  As he got off the bus when they arrived at our destination I couldn't help but be giddy.  My little boy is growing up.  It is bittersweet, because I'm so thrilled he loves school and all that it intales, but sad he is growing up so fast.  The past year it seems he has matured drastically, and sometimes I feel I have missed a lot. But, it is all good cause I try and soak up as much as I can with him.  On with the field trip details.

The little four year olds took a trip down to TG Farms pumpkin patch.  All kids love the pumpkin patch right?!  Well, my kiddo does.  He got to feed the animals, go on a hay ride, go through the hay maze, slide down the redneck slides (umm we all need one of these), jump off of hay bales (again, where are our hay bales?), and of course pick out a pumpkin.  It not only wore him out, but me too.  Lol.  It was fun running all over that place with Beau, and one of his little classmates.  Most of the parents were able to attend, but a few were not.  So I took the little girl sitting next to Beau.  When she looked at Beau with her big eyes, and asked if she could go with his momma.  It was a done deal.  She melted my heart.  So off we went for some fun to be had, and fun they did have.  What they liked the most was the redneck slide.  I really just wanted to hop up on those hay bales, and go down with them.  Lol.  Anywho, they all loaded up once they ate lunch, and headed back to school.  We had a great time together, and thankful for Stacy being with the babies so this could happen. :)

My afternoon consisted of errands, and I did them all in a big hurry.  I usually have a list a mile long.  This brings me to my sweet friend Stacy.  I would not be able to do a lot of stuff if I didn't have her.  I am so thankful for her, and all she has done, and plans on doing in the future.  She will be with the babies this spring starting in January during my student teaching.  :) So thankful!

Here is a few pics to take a gander at.

Beau, Tucker, and Shay (I had Beau, and sweet little Tucker)

Tell me this isn't sweet.  Always a gentleman, and helping take care of others.  :)

Redneck slide...uh ha, lots of fun right here. :)

Fun times in the car...crazy I mean.  Lol.

Already wrestling...really they do do this a lot if they get near each other.  Lol.  It's too funny.

Do not let that woman go down the candy isle...well she went down the candy isle.  Don't worry, I won't eat it all.  I plan on making some of PW's brownies tomorrow.  Then I will eat the rest.  Lol.  This is the lady that can sit down, and eat a bag a candy for a meal. :/ I know, bad.
