That's right. I made some peanut brittle, and I have to admit it's the best batch I've ever made. Annnnnd, ever tasted, besides my Gram's. I use her recipe of course. ;)
A few tips that Gram told me to always do is have a good working candy thermometer, stainless steel pans, and I will throw in patience. Thankfully, when I bake or cook I do have patience, because I want it to be the best, and to satisfy all the taste buds. :)
