On the second day of Christmas my sweet boys gave to me...

On the second day of Christmas my sweet boys gave to me, in sync napping in the morning and early evening.

Yeeeeesssssss!  The babies are finally getting back in their normal routine, and yesterday they all slept at the same time in their morning nap, and their late afternoon nap.  So glad this happened, because it allowed me to be able to take my oldest to my hometown's Christmas light parade with my best friend, and her kiddos.

We decided it was just to fridged to take the babies out in the weather late at night, so Russ stayed home with them.  When we left Amy and I had fed them all, and put out pjs, so they were all ready for the evening.  Wish we could have brought them, but I was really freezing, so I know they would have been.  Next year for sure they will be able to have some Christmas fun.  It was good for Beau to be able to go to the parade, and then on to see the Festival of lights.  He doesn't get to do much, mainly cause my hands are always full, but I wanted him to be able to have some Christmas fun.  And that he did.  :)

Here are some pics of the evening.  The Christmas light parade was in my hometown.  It's a small town, and I love it.  Then the Festival of Lights is in my college town about twenty minutes to the southwest of my hometown.  If you haven't heard of this, well it's a big park with lights wrapped on every tree, the bridge, light decorations, and pretty much everything.  The kids loved it, and Amy and I did too.  Even though we froze our keesters off, it was worth it for our kiddos.

Amy, and I at the parade.

Not a good pic, but a Clydesdale with horse draw carriage with lights.  Wish they had more of these.

Pretty stinkin cool...that's the characters of Star Wars.  Beau loved this part.  He loves Star Wars.

Small town USA.  Blanchard, Oklahoma. :) Love my town!

Me and my little rascle under this really cool vined archway of LED lights.
