Toes up, and finally home at 4:45. Woo wee it was a long long day, but finally know why I have had contrant pressure, and not to mention I could barely walk this morning. The last update gave some of the details of the high risk appointment today. Babies are all doing well. Momma on the other hand has a UTI :/ and that is not good for my situation, but started antibiotics already and hoping tomorrow I feel much better.
One thing I didn't discuss in the earlier post today is that Dr. M wanted to start steroid injections for the babies lungs. This steroid helps early babies lungs progress in development. It last about a week, so in another week I will get one more. If I still have not had them by 34 (Praying I haven't) then they said it really isn't necessary to take them anymore. He said he thought I was still doing really well, and that I could probably make it to 34 weeks. Possibly 35, but not sure 36. He said if I did just so happen to make it to 36, he would consult with Dr. H and determine what to do. So, I am still holding on to my Faith in the Lord's plan. I believe these babies want to cuddle a little longer in momma's belly. :) Even though I am constantly uncomfortable, I don't care, I will do whatever it takes to help them develop more.
Dr. H was basically saying the same as Dr. M today. They both think I could make it to 34 weeks, but just not sure now on 36. Given my size, and all this weight baring down on my cervix it is so difficult to hold them in. But, like I said to them, I am going to try my hardest. All things are possible with GOD beside me!
My sweet Uncle Chris and Aunt Renee have helped me figure out a calendar system to link or embed on the blog. Hoping to get that up and running over the weekend. :)
Again, thank you for the prayers. No pics of the babies today - I got the not so fun sonographer :/ But, she did do a better job today.
The pic here is me on the way to dr at 6:45 a.m. this morning. Well, it is of my basketball belly. :)
I want to let you know how cute that belly is looking. My family is aways praying for you and your family. Stay strong, you are one tough momma!
ReplyDeleteThank you sweet friend! :)
ReplyDeleteBoy you sure like to keep us on our knees! Heehee!!! Continuing to pray for those precious babies and their beautiful mama! Hang in there girl, you are doing AMAZING!!!
ReplyDeleteI know, and thank you so much! These babies are definitely wearing me out already. UTI, plus reflux, and everything else makes me not feel so well.
