Getting the hang of this...I think.

Even though I have challenging days I am still able to get the hang of this, or at least I think I am.  Yesterday, I managed, with the help of my Gram, to get dinner cooked and done.  Woo wee, I know, I have no idea where I found the time, but I  did.  Baked yard bird in the Dutch oven(a hen folks), mashed potatoes, and sweet green beans.  I know, it sounds pretty simple and it is a simple meal, but it was yummy and I was glad I got it done.  I want to get in a routine of being able to get dinner done in a timely way, and try to at the same time each day.  Families with this many babies (kiddos) have to have a good routine and schedule if possible to be able to function.  Half the time I know it will be a Griswold family craziness, but that will just make it interesting and fun.  

Today, my cousin is here trimming my ever so long hair.  Thank goodness I am related to my stylist, cause I never would have been able to make it in for a few months.   ;)  And she's the best, my friends.  Beau also got his hair trimmed too.  

Anywho, this last Sunday I actually was out for a few hours, and on a date mind you. :)  The lucky guy was blond, big brown eyes, and none other than my little man Beau.  We went to the movies, and watched The Croods.  It was a pretty cute, and funny movie.  Beau loved it, and loved having me all to himself.  He did say twice, "momma it sure would be fun with Daddy and my three brothers."  Little sweetheart for sure. :) 

Ok, I gotta get busy.  Finishing up with feeding Luke, then laundry, dishes, phone call on a bill, and start dinner.
