Post-Op

Just a little update from today.

The surgery went really well.  The entire experience went really well, and the hospital was great too.  The hospital I had the surgery at is a small surgical hospital that is owned by all the physician in the group that my doctor is in.  Anywho, it was a really good (first body surgery) that I have had.  The only other surgery I have ever had is my cesarean section that I had with the triplets.

As for the surgery, my doctor shaved down my cartilage, and made sure it was all good.  But, once he got in there he found that my patella was tilted.  So, he had to repair that as well.  All in all it went well.  I go back in tomorrow to get the drain bag taken out if all is looking good.

Currently I have my leg elivated, and I'm just watching all my sweet boys enjoy their grandparents being here.  My Dad and Sue got here last night, and were with the babies all day, along with Stacy.  My sweet Gram took me to surgery, and home.

Anywho, so so thankful for my family, and how much they love me, and my kiddos.  All four boys love them so much, and I'm so thankful for that.  We are blessed!  Thankful for my Gram, Dad, Sue, and Stacy for helping me, and making things go smoothly.

That's a big knee.  Lol.  Just the dressing on it.

The babies sure do love Grandpa E.

Wyatt, happy sweet baby.  :)
