First, we had our usual morning routine of just too much fun before the rooster even gets up. Early. Dark early. Lol, but that's ok. I guess I need to get up, and do all my marching orders before the big kid gets up. Lol. Anywho, once I got him off to school Stacy came over to help me out today. I had to take the babies in again for their ears. Poor things have been battling ear infections for over 8 weeks non stop. Brant is going to see ENT next week, and more than likely getting tubes. His infections never have cleared up. :( But, amen for specialist that can nip it all in the bud.
After visiting the pediatrician we grabbed some lunch, made a mad diaper dash through Wally World (Walmart) ;) and then to Walgreens for their new prescriptions. Once we got back home I pretty much raced as fast as I could through the house vacuuming the floors. Lol...I can laugh, but y'all better not laugh. Seeing me limp around in a hurry is probably a funny sight to see. Haven't been able to vacuum with the bumb knee, and probably shouldn't have today, but I wanted to clean the house before this okie blizzard comes in the mornin. So, I got all the floors vacuumed, woo hoo! It's the small things friends. Then I swept off the giant mounds of leaves on our porches in front of the doors. If I could've got our blower runnin I dang sure would have blew those leaves into oblivion. You hear my frustration. Lol. No, just kidding I really don't mind. I love the trees, and all their leaves.
While I did all that Stacy so graciously gave the babies their baths. Thank The Lord, because I can't quite operate the knee that well to get down by the bath with them. Now, they are taking a nap, and I get a quick breather. What I would really really like is to cuddle up with a huge blanket by a real fire, and sleep for about twelve hours. Ahhh, sounds like heaven. Oh, ok I will snap back in to soldier mode.
Anywho, with the babies being eight months today I have a lot to share. They have seriously started so much within the past month. A lot. Wyatt is crawling everywhere, and on all fours. He also has learned to wave hi. It's the cutest thing ever. He also has learned to stand up, and hold onto things. Aside from that he talks a lot, well baby talk and momma, bubba, and dadda. Oh, and hugs and kisses. He has mastered being a charmer, and gives hugs and kisses a lot. It's precious!
As for my sweet Brant, he is following Wyatt in his footsteps. It's funny, because he watches everything Wyatt does, and then does it. He is trying to stand up too, but hasn't quite mastered it. He can shake his head no, and he is saying momma and bubba a lot.
My little cutie Luke is just in chill mode. His thoughts are probably along the lines of...ehhh I'll just let momma sit me up, and hold me, oh and help me stand. Lol. He still is army crawling, and can stay sitting, but is perfectly content with just the army crawl. He talks too, and can say momma, bubba, and I think dadda.
Anywho, they have been keeping me prettaaaa busy. Having the knee surgery two weeks ago was rough, but things are getting better for me. Slowly, but surely I'm getting better. Praise The Lord.
It's been a long 24 hours, and I'm ready to go toes up. Being a momma to the triplets now, compared to a few months ago is drastically busier. Non stop on the go, and non stop having to run after them.
And a little momma side note - I can't wait to start riding again. This momma is ready to get out on the road, and ride.
Wyatt, Brant, and Luke 8 months
What my mornings look like...this is while I get Beau ready and fed for school. Early mornin bumper cars. :)
